Who are you and what is your role in the Coventry University Group?
I am assistant professor in TNE and English for academic purposes, and course director for the China based team working on the Sino-UK partnership with the Southwest University of Political Science & Law in Chongqing, SW China. I have been China based on and off since 2007. I also sit on the board for the British Chamber of Commerce (SW China).
Something else about yourself?
I have 3 cats which take up most of my attention. In my spare time, I referee rugby, take part in ultra trail runs and triathlons, travel and read a lot of utter rubbish historical fiction!
Something you learnt during the pandemic or something you started (or stopped) doing that you would like to keep doing (or not doing)
Bike maintenance and assembly – although I’m not very good yet…
